Nutbrook Aggregates Production of Certificated Recycled Type 1

Click HERE to watch the production

Working with local Hauliers Nutbrook Aggregates are busy producing top grade Recycled products, by carefull control of the material that we import into our Recycling plant in Ilkeston, Nutbrook Aggregates are able to produce the best possible products for our customers and they are making the most of it.

By using imported hardcore Nutnrook Aggregates are crushing with a Sandvik QJ241 to 75mm down then putting it through our Evoquip Harrier 750 screening to 50mm down, this ensures the material is regulated and fit for purpose. At the same time also producing a 75/50 mm product. We then pick the product to ensure it as clean as possible when leaving the depot.

Many thanks to Oakfield ,Aggrecom and Central for their business, all collecting in large quantities this week with feedback from every site they are delivering to being favourable.

Why not keep your customers happy too, by supplying the very best recycled product you can get your hands on in the region produced here at Nutbrook Aggregates.

A New Beginning

Well, its been a while since my last blog………2017 was a very trying 12 months for Nutbrook Aggregates, we did produce and sell 6F2, Recycled Type 1, Fine Fill, Screened Soil, 30/70mm and 50/70mm clean Recycled Stone but behind the scenes the working environment was ???????????????????????

Moving on, Nutbrook Aggregates has changed a lot we now have new Colt 600 Screen thanks to Rory Smyth from Blue Machinery [rory.smyth@bluegroup.co.uk] www.blue-group.com

Nutbrook Aggregates faithful old CAT 924G is off to auction, and to top it off Rob Hughs [rh@warwick-ward.com] www.warwick-ward.com, has come up trumps with a brand new Case 821G

…….and finally

Welcome to Nick and Mark between them they have over 50 years experience in the mobile plant/ material handling industry and I think that even after a month there is a marked improvement at Nutbrook Aggregates, quality of recycled material has improved along with the upkeep and use of all mobile plant, a true sense of professionalism – long may it continue
